Judy is a graduate of CoachU, holds a certification in Career Coaching from Comprehensive Coaching U and is certified as an NLP Practitioner through NLP Training Concepts. She is a Past President and a current Ambassador of the North Texas Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and Coachville.

She is active in Professional Organizations and is a Past President as well as the current Ambassador of Mentoring of  Women of Visionary Influence, a women's organization promoting the success of women through Leadership, Mentoring, and Education. She is a member of the World Afffairs Council

Judy serves on the Board of Trustees of Resolana, a non-profit organization  that works to empower women to break the cycle of incarceration and is on the Employment and Education Committee of New Friends, New Life, another non-profit organization helping women leave sexually oriented businesses.

Judy was featured in Dallas as a member of the ICF's Dream Team on its nationwide tour to promote coaching, showcasing successful coaches and their coach-client stories, and was recently seen on Speaking Women to Women, a television program to empower women.

Her professional experience includes leadership in intense Personal Development Seminars (originally created by 'Dr. Phil') and work with participants during and after the seminars to affect personal change and growth and to sustain it. Judy continues to serve with Personal Development Teams and she presently facilitates Personal Growth Groups for Life Enhancement.

She practiced many years as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Private Practice and Clinical settings, and received many hours of continued education (in Business and Practice Development, Motivational Techniques, and Communication Skills.) She was active in Professional Organizations at both Local and State levels, serving as President of Jacksonville Dental Hygienist's Association, Northeast District of Florida Dental Hygienist's Society, and as President-Elect of the Florida State Dental Hygienists Society and has held many other offices and committee positions.

Judy's experience also includes Pastoral Care Coordinator on staff with Fellowship Bible Church in Dallas, Texas, working with Community Action Teams, Church Members, Volunteers, and Community Residents to meet with, give and/or assist in support, and obtaining resources to facilitate their life at a time of need. She has provided training and lead teams to provide care and support to others in time of crises and need. As the Head of Newcomers and Assimilation, she conducted training and lead teams of volunteers to enhance and grow the ministry. She worked with visitors / newcomers to transition into and become active in a large church congregation.

She has served with the Texas Department of Human Resources conducting ongoing classes to develop and train foster parents and has also spent time as Inner City Ministry Coordinator in the development and coordination of on-going programs for inner city children and their families to further their education and their future success in life.

Judys Personal Life Experience includes living and prospering through divorce, single parenting with 2 very young children, early loss of a parent through death, remarriage, blended family, steparenting, adoption and raising a child with ADHD and learning disabilities, caring for an elderly parent, (sandwich generation), layoffs due to downsizing, and much more. Through these experiences, Judy has gained the wisdom, knowledge, and insight to be an effective, energetic, and empathetic coach who works with people like you, coaching them to achieve their dreams and goals, and revitalizing their energy and enthusiasm to claim the opportunities abounding in their future.

She is currently working on a new curriculum to provide life coach training for girls. GirlsAGLOW programs are intended to provide life-management and self-leadership skills for the empowerment of girls / women ages 8-80
