Why I Love Coaching

I love the music in my soul as I watch the transformation of my clients and I experience exhilaration as they burst forth in movement and growth. I love the kaleidoscope of change as the old falls away and the new appears, brighter and more glorious with each turn and twist. I am touched by the gleaming raindrops as their lives are cleansed and their rainbow appears, arching over the sky and bowing with color as the vibrancy of their new life appears.

As personal space is cleared and the design and re-creation of their life canvas is begun, I am once again awed by this incredible process called 'Coaching'.

To watch discovery of self overcome the chaff of yesterday as it is blown away with the wind...

To see hidden hearts appear and transform incredulously...

To see control and direction called forth, rather than merely experiencing each day as it falls...

To see confidence blossom, courage stand up, and fear disappear...

To see my clients 'captain' the helm of their own ship and steer it in the forward direction they never thought possible...

To see miracles occur and dreams come true...

To see the fresh burst of new life and the flowers of their soul begin to bloom...

To watch them soar to new heights that were never even imagined, or thought possible...

To witness newfound joy as it dances and delights in the pleasure of freedom...

To see them reach deep within themselves and pull up the treasures of wisdom that have, unknowingly, resided there all along...

To watch them learn to draw upon their own sinew for strength and courage...

To see them live successfully from the reserves of their being and to experience the unlimited options available to them in their lifetime...

To watch their future unfold miraculously before their very eyes...

To see the beauty of their depths and the tranquility of their souls emerge...

To see them fathom that all is not lost and there trully is hope for the future...

And As I...

...encourage the excavation of their dreams, I have the pleasure of watching them being brought to fruition...

As I ...experience this process of unfurling their heart, I see them begin to live authentically and whole...

And as I...cheer the rediscovery of their passion (previously un-ignited and blighted by the burdens of the world), I see them truly experience their purpose and worth here on this earth...

I have ...the priviledge of walking alongside a friend, encouraging them to live with all their strength and might...

Through Coaching..

I witness 'firsthand' that so much more is possible than we ever dared to envision...

I value the transformation and I know that deep within, it comes from a power so much greater than our own...

I know that each one of us was fearfully and wonderfully made... that we were created in the image of God..and that we are His children...

...And I give credit where credit is due...to our Heavenly Father above...for loving us so much...for giving us the unyielding opportunities...and for pouring out His generous blessings upon us.
