Time is of the essence! Everything we do today affects how we live tomorrow - every choice we make leads us into our future. Personally, I want to make things as easy as possible and I want to prepare myself to have the best of everything -especially when it comes to my health. People are living longer these days and I want to enjoy life up to my last day on earth. I want to spend my days with energy and vigor, enjoying all that life has to offer. I also want to live my life to it's fullest and take advantage of all that is before me - with enthusiasm and passion. What about you? |

In order to enjoy life to it's fullest, we must take care of ourselves and plan ahead. When we think of taking care of ourselves, we naturally think in terms of nutrition, exercise, and rest. But what about all the other components such as emotional, spiritual and mental health? What steps are you taking to ensure that you will grow into and become all that you were meant to be? What are you doing to keep yourself mentally sharp, emotionally sound and spiritually solid? When we are purposeful and intentional, life takes on a whole new meaning with a different approach. We must know the direction we desire to move toward and take the necessary action steps to get there. |

A key distinction to living well is self-nurturance and self-care. Equally as important is learning to care enough about yourself to listen to your body and your intuition - and to honor each of them. We all have the 'God-Given Gift' of intuition for a reason - it serves as an early warning system to will notify us if something is off-balance or out of whack. If we tune in and listen to the early messages we receive - they will not become problems, or worse, they will not turn into crises.
