You put in your specifications and the model was built precisely by your design. Your choices have been taken into account - the course has been set. Are you not ready to accept the result?

If your life were for sale, would you buy it?  If you were an observer standing outside of yourself looking in, what would you see? Would your life be exciting and alluring? Would you like what you saw?  Would you want what you saw – or would you want to shop around to see if you could find something that looked more appealing?

It’s interesting, isn’t it, that all we have is our lives to live. We get to choose how we are going to do it –we only have one shot to get it right – one time around!  And our successes and failures depend largely on the choices we make in a given moment.

And what have your choices been in life? Have they been the ones you truly wanted to make - or have they been influenced by others, by what you have felt you ‘should’ do – or ‘should have’ done? Have they been what your parents wanted for you – or what the world professes is good?

Have your choices aligned themselves with your highest values? Do you even know what they are?  How purposeful have you been in choosing life?

If you were to leave this world tomorrow, would you be ready to go? Would your dreams have been fulfilled? Would you leave this earth with no regrets?

Let me challenge you to start today by assessing where you are in life. Is the legacy you want to leave congruent with what you are doing and the way you are living? Will you have fulfilled your highest dreams when the end is near and you take your last breath?  Will you be able to hear ‘Well Done, My Son (or daughter) as you enter into eternity.
